Nurse

The Nurse will be part of a medical team which will run a mobile clinic in different villages in Central and West Bekaa. The mobile clinic will provide free primary health care for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese in the area. Job Description - Registration:   Manage in a proper way the flow of the patients Do the triage of the patients with the medical doctor Fill in the administrative part of the registration form Take the weight & temperature for all the patients + BP for the adults Check the immunization status for all the children < 5 years and pregnant women   - Nutritional screening   Take the weight, the height and the MUAC of all the children between 6 and 59 months Fill in properly the screening nutritional form Write on the registration form the nutritional information regarding all the children between 6 and 59 months Point out to the medical doctor all the malnourished children   - Dressing and paramedics acts   Do the dressing according to MDM protocols  In charge of doing the injections and setting up IV lines Ensure the cleaning and sterilisation of material on a daily basis Give health education sessions to the patients in the waiting areas. Diffusion of main messages about health education for relevant topics - Health education   - Share with the medical coordinator assistant any problem (medical or non medical) occurring during the mobile clinic.   - Participate in the daily/weekly computerization of MC data   - Participate to MdM trainings and meetings.   Requirements: -      Degree in Nursing and prefessional accreditation (license) as nurse. -      A professional experience of 2/3 years minimum is required -      Clinical experience and experience in Primary Health Care are required -      Work experience with an NGO (local or international) will be an asset -      Fluent in Arabic, very good in English (French is an asset). -      Ability to compile statistics, write reports, and IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, Internet) -      Diplomacy, ability to communicate, good relational skills -      Flexibility -      Organizational skills
