Bekaa Dvfp Officer

THE JOB Based in northern Bekaa, under the direct responsibility of the disability and vulnerability focal point (DVFP) project manager, you will  Organization of the team work -        Responsible for the planning of the team on the field : collection and compilation of the visits planned -        Transmission of the weekly planning every week to the project manager -        Responsible for the availability of the materials of the team for the field activities -        Animation of the weekly meetings with the team with DVFP PM -        In collaboration with the technical advisor, participation to the training of the team -        Participation to the recruitment process with DVFP PM 2. Reception of the cases of external referral -        Reception of the referral stakeholders and distribution of the cases to the field team according to the planning -        Follow up of the visits and assessment done by the field team -        Weekly report on the cases referred and the visits done 3. Liaison with ACH partner   -        In charge of the link with the partner -        In charge of the quality of reporting by the partner -        Work in close relationship with the social worker and Mental Health & psychosocial technical adviser for activities   4. Liaison with stakeholders   -       At field level, meet on regular basis the different stakeholders to ensure effective network -       At field level, organize the link between stakeholders and HI team -       At field level, facilitate training for stakeholders 5. Implementation of a referral system -       Identification of the different services the local stakeholders are providing with a systematic approach -       Complete a detailed mapping of the stakeholders and the available services -       According to the mapping, support the team in defining the different external referral needed by the beneficiaries -       Liaise with other service providers to support referrals and ensure follow up of the referral done -       Organize meetings and workshop of the social worker on the referral possibilities 6. Representation On delegation of the project manager: -       Participate to the field coordination meeting -       Bilateral meeting with stakeholders  7. Support the project manager in the definition of the services that the DVFP should implement according to the needs and the mapping of the stakeholders According to the mapping of the services and the needs identified support the Project manager in defining the development of other services that the DVFP could implement  8. Case management meetings -       Participate in multidisciplinary case management meetings -       Within the meeting propose the different possibilities of referral  9. Administrative Activities -       Provide administrative support to the project manager -       Keep clear documentation system of HI referral intake and tracking of referrals to external organisations -       Timely and accurate documentation in beneficiary files, in link with data officer -       Responsible for tracking weekly beneficiary statistics -       Bi monthly reports to the PM -       Participate in trainings and give trainings as required   10.
