Youth Mobiliser

The youth mobiliser will sign and adhere to Tdh’s Child protection policy. - Leads and assumes ownership with the development, coordination and delivery of youth micro-project activities and outcomes in the project locations. - Identifies, trains, builds the knowledge of youth groups on project development and sustainable micro-project outcomes, with particular focus on external resources - Ensures that ‘child participation’ is the central theme of youth micro-projects. - Ensures the linkage and utilization of all project activities and resources to the youth micro-project activities - Promotes, facilitates, coaches and when necessary delivers training to child protection resources - Assists in the coordination and delivery of community child protection awareness raising events
