Field Monitor

The Field Monitor is expected to represent Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Lebanon in a respectful and professional manner and always act in accordance with NRC code of Conduct. JOB PURPOSE The Field Monitor shall collect appropriate and true data on the Syrian refugees to North Lebanon in terms of numbers and locations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -To establish communication network with local authorities, community representatives and other relevant bodies in North Area aiming at collecting information about Syrian refugees. -To conduct field visits to the areas where new Syrian refugees are reported and collect data about them. -To keep updated database on the Syrian refugees. -To coordinate with the SFA and TFA teams to maintain consolidated database. -To enter the data collected into the electronic -To assist the PC or any other NRC staff to conduct surveys, questionnaires or assessments as per required. -To support the technical and administration and finance assistants in any administrative office work as per required. -To submit a daily report on the activities and action points. -To ensure and promote efficient and cost-effective use of NRC’s assets and resources in order to maximise funding to beneficiaries -Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
