- Good understanding of construction, electronics, mechanics, and IT
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Strong report writing skills
- Good command of Arabic & English
- Previous experience with international NGOs is an advantage
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Full-time availability is needed starting from July 2012
- Full-time contract of 6 months with possibility of extension
