Program Management Advisor

Chemonics International Inc, a leading international development consulting company, seeks candidates for an anticipated three year Water Infrastructure Support and Enhancement program in Lebanon funded by USAID. This program will enhance Lebanon’s capacity in the management of water resources through water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades and related management support. The project will provide engineering, procurement, construction supervision and capacity building services to enhance water supply infrastructure and services. The program management advisor is expected to play a lead role interacting with water establishments with regard to activities to capital investment planning and program management activities. Qualifications: • A minimum of 10 years experience with program management of water and wastewater construction activities in Lebanon. • Degree in engineering, advanced degree preferred • Fluent Arabic and oral and written English language proficiency required.
