Utility Financial Management Specialist

Chemonics International Inc, a leading international development consulting company, seeks candidates for an anticipated three year Water Infrastructure Support and Enhancement program in Lebanon funded by USAID. This program will enhance Lebanon’s capacity in the management of water resources through water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades and related management support. The project will provide engineering, procurement, construction supervision and capacity building services to enhance water supply infrastructure and services. The utility financial management specialist will advise water establishments on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will provide technical assistance and capacity building aimed at increasing the financial sustainability and autonomy of water establishments. Qualifications: • Degree in business management, finance, or accounting, advanced degree preferred • At least 7 years experience in utility enterprises • Minimum 5 years experience designing and implementing financial plans and strategies for companies, reporting financial activities, and projecting finances • Fluent Arabic and oral and written English language proficiency required
