Finance Manager

Chemonics International Inc, a leading international development consulting company, seeks candidates for an anticipated three year Water Infrastructure Support and Enhancement program in Lebanon funded by USAID. This program will enhance Lebanon’s capacity in the management of water resources through water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades and related management support. The project will provide engineering, procurement, construction supervision and capacity building services to enhance water supply infrastructure and services. The finance manager supervises all aspects of project accounting and financial management.  S/he ensures that subcontractor invoices and payments are in compliance with payment terms, manages petty cash, monitors project bank account balances, and oversees payroll distribution ensuring appropriate tax withholdings. Qualifications: • Degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce. • Minimum of five years experience in accounting and administrative support.  • Previous professional experience with international donor programs • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity • Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Oral and written English language proficiency required.
