Reports and Quality Control Analyst
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Resettlement Support Center Turkey & Middle East serves as a regional office for the US Refugee Resettlement and Cultural Orientation Program in the region. ICMC Beirut operates the US Resettlement Program in Lebanon and operates in a dynamic work environment. Job descriptions/duties may change as operational needs decrease or increase. Resettlement Support Center ICMC Beirut staff are employed on a casual hire basis. ICMC is an international non-governmental organization serving and protecting uprooted people–refugees, internally displaced persons and migrants–regardless of faith, race, ethnicity or nationality.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office, the Reports and Quality Control Analyst will perform the following functions:
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and implement policies in accordance with US Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees & Migration (DOS/PRM) guidelines for United States Refugee Admission Program (USRAP)
Produce statistical analysis and reports on request relating to the above information
Serve as RPC focal point for all WRAPS Release Notes, requests for information and the Helpdesk work orders
Manages the use of WRAPS database statuses and drop down menus to ensure their consistent and coherent use and oversees regular and appropriate data clean up
Works closely with Processing Supervisor to develop reports which monitor staff efficiency and data entry accuracy for overall quality control and improvement
Provide IT Assistance and Act as focal point for PC troubleshooting, software and hardware support, networking, data backup, and generating database reports
Perform other duties or special assignments as may be assigned to ensure efficient processing and operation of the ICMC Refugee Resettlement Program
Adhere to ICMC’s standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and security protocols
Provide training and develop the use of electronic database reporting systems
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant university degree
At least 3 years of experience in IT and database management systems (MS ACCESS, MSSQL, MS SQL Server Reporting Services)
Strong background/experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
QUALIFICATIONS and KEY COMPETENCIES:
Strong command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal
Excellent writing, communication skills
High level of attention to details, strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to supervise out-processing staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented
Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and WRAPS
