Program Developer

Job Description:      Develop, institute and assist in delivering short-term and long term strategies. Produce cohesive, well-organized proposals and policies in compliance with SDC’s mission and values. Research funding opportunities and adopting approaches and tools to enhance SDC’s development capacity. Assist in drafting and submitting analytical narrative reports. Create appropriate written materials geared to raise awareness and engage the interest of institutional donors, organizations and individuals. Develop a variety of informational and written materials (pamphlets, brochures, manual etc.), and assist the youth in their    e-newsletter Collaborate with the team to deliver the programs, in line with SDC strategies, operational plans and budgets. Qualifications and skills required are: Personal belief in and support of SDC’s Mission and Objectives Commitment to creating positive environmental, social and cultural change Future oriented, thinks strategically, develop and encourages innovative solutions At least three years experience in a related field Effective verbal and listening communications skills Excellent written communications skills (English/Arabic) Excellent organization skills Computer skills Ability to work with youth and within a team
