Project description Developing Rehabilitation Assistance to Schools and Teachers Improvement (D-RASATI) will improve educational outcomes in Lebanon by improving teacher and student performance, increasing community and parental involvement, and improving the school learning environment. The D-RASATI program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).   Title:  Data Processor   Summary:  The D-RASATI program seeks a Data Processor to assist the Monitoring & Evaluation team with data collection, processing, and reporting.  The position reports to the Monitoring & Evaluation Director and is located in Beirut, Lebanon.     Essential functions include [but are not limited to]:   Assists with the implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems that measure the effectiveness of project initiatives including school rehabilitation, academic improvement, teacher development and community involvement; Assists with data collection, entry, cleaning, and reporting; Ensures accuracy of data collection and quality of data processing; Participates in the generation of reports in compliance with USAID procedures and agreements in the award.     Qualifications and Requirements:   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years’ relevant experience; Experience with monitoring program implementation using qualitative and quantitative approaches; Experience using data analysis packages such as SAS or SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access and SQL; Experience in data collection, processing and analysis; Ability to balance work within a team environment; Strong organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills; Good technical writing skills; English language skills essential; Experience with data related to education and community development strongly preferred.   Application and contact details:   Interested qualified candidates are requested to submit their resumes to hr@d-rasati.org .  To ensure the timely review of your credentials, please insert “Data Processor” in the subject line of the email.  Only candidates who are being invited for an interview will be contacted.  Our hiring is limited to Lebanese nationals.
