Let's Talk Gluten

The Lebanese Celiac association is organizing its second awareness event in collaboration with LAU. Speakers from different domains will be present to talk and answer questions about Gluten: GI doctors, Mental health professional, Dietitian, Pharmacist and Food scientist. If you have ever wondered how gluten and gluten free became the hottest topics these days, if Gluten is bad, how it impacts the whole body, if gluten free diet is a fad or a necessity, then come join us and ask the experts.
