ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers and service providers to submit their bid offer to be considered under Framework contract for the following items for the year 2017-2018:

Delivery deadline: As per call-off purchase order

The call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreement valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required.

This call for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted no later than 15/12/2017 (15th December, 2017) at 5:00 PM at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org , Cc tender@acted.org

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on [18-12-2017] at [9.00AM] in the ACTED representative office in 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
