Administrative assistant

Job title (or Position): Administrative assistant

Reports to                  : Administrative and financial coordinator

Liaises with                : Purchase agent, Maintenance technicians, Center Administrative assistant, accountant

 

Basic functions, the job holder is involved in:

First level accounting (book keeping, data entry, handling of invoices and bills)

Purchase and procurement

Warehouses

Maintenance

Database

HR administration

Secretarial tasks: typing, filing, archiving, internal and external communications, facility management, meeting facilities, operating office equipment, reception and phone calls

Should participate in trainings offered by the management.

Available for other duties when needed.

Education: Bachelor in business, facility management, accounting or commercial studies. Training in secretarial skills is a plus.

Experience: 3 years in relevant areas such as secretary, purchase, procurement, accounting or facility management.

Gender: female

Age: 25-45

Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and French
Computer skills:  Competent in using Word & Excel

Additional Information
