Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Provision of Mobile Application Development Services

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education;

The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Mobile Application Development Services". The Request for Quotation (RFQ) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh or request it by sending an email to LB-Tender@rescue.org from December 11th, 2017;

Contact person for RFQ collection is Ms. Sabreen El Mawla. Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday till Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of one sealed envelope marked "IRC- Mobile Application Development Services - Technical and Financial proposal" and hand delivered to the same address before 11:30 AM on December 18th, 2017;
