Accountant Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and correct daily data entry, end of month closing, supplier, creditors, debtors & intercompany reconciliation.
- Ensure proper follows-up on collection.
- Prepares payment such as checks, bank transfers, etc…
- Maintain complete and accurate supporting documents.
- Register depreciation and assets values
- Accrue monthly expenses
- Release prepaid
- Record depreciation
- Bank account reconciliations
- Upload entries in system
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and post accounting entries as needed
- Reconcile inter-company balances
- Prepare documents to provide them for the auditor
- Receive banks voucher
- Analyze expenditure such as vehicles, mobiles, telephone costs…
- Compute depreciation cost to identify yearly fixed assets value
Admin Responsibilities
- Manage Office supplies stock and place orders
- Organize a filing for important and confidential company documents
- Distribute and store correspondence ( e.g. letters , emails and packages )
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
