Field Coordinator

 The Field Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of INSAN project activities and providing support and guidance to the team working on the project. He/she is also responsible for monitoring the project for quality and effectiveness.

In particular, the field coordinator works to:

• Ensure participation of partners, children/young people and stakeholders in the process of project planning and implementation of the proposed activities.
• Support Field workers and volunteers to develop their activity plans and schedules, encourage their initiatives while ensuring alignment with project proposal, facilitate their activities and report to INSAN’s Management.
• Evaluate the events and activities of the project in coordination with all stakeholders, and provide updates of lessons learnt and best practices in regular reports on progress and challenges encoutered.
• Manage the logistical arrangements for different activities taking place within the project.
• Assess activities needs and recommend suitable interventions and work with the team to develop activities planning.
• Handle equipment management and distribution in relation with the project needs.
• Conduct regular field visits to follow up and provide support as needed.
• Participate in and supervise the collection of quantitative and qualitative data using the database or any other relevant tools and to ensure the accurate and timely submission of the gathered data in timely reports to INSAN’s Management.
• Provide narrative, qualitative and quantitative monitoring information/data to support monthly, quarterly and annual reports on project progress.
• Ensure that all the project’s team is in compliance with Insan’s Child Protection Policy and Confidentiality policy.
• Participate in Case management and other coordination meetings as required.
