Internship for the position of Database & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:


Position Responsibilities and Duties:
 Support MEPI-LAA with Administration routines.
 Data entry and filing in the office.
 Carry out required Secretarial functions for Project Coordinator/Manager, and Executive Director.
 Servicing the reception, answering hotline and recording information communicated, and welcoming visitors to the office.
 Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
 Make translations to-from English-Arabic and general correspondence in English and Arabic.
 Send & receive mails, initiate & receive phone calls.
 Enter new data collection when needed.
 Ensure the good follow up of the data.
 Ensure a regular check of the data (possible error to be detected and corrected).
 Help the supervisors of the different project activities in the data analysis if needed.
 Ensure to guarantee the data privacy.


SKILLS REQUIRED
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package, including excel, PowerPoint and word.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
 Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
 Experience in data entry and/or administrative work.
