We have acquired over 35 years of experience in peacebuilding and are based in 53 local offices worldwide. SFCG first worked in Lebanon in 1996, and we opened up our office in Beirut in 2008.

Consultancy Deliverables

Search is seeking an IT consultant to deliver the following:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain Computer systems and networks
• Coordinate with SFCG staff through a series of actions, either in person or over the phone, to help set the systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or error setup a system
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties if appropriate)
•  Prioritize and manage many open cases t one time
•  Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
•  Test and evaluate new technology, and do the proper recommendation of new purchase upon needed
•  Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

Consultant’s Qualifications

Search seeks an experienced consultant with the following qualifications:

·         12 months contract

·         University degree

·         3-5 years of experience in IT

·         Experience in working with international organisations

·         Ability to be flexible with time and work schedule
