Team Leader

Job Description

1. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project activities;

2. Transfer information to Project coordinator;

3. Report targets, timeframe, log frame, delays, and any other relevant information to Project Coordinator;

4. Collect all information and orally reports on the progress of youth activities on a daily basis;

5. Prepare weekly plans for each activity and assign the duties of each social worker.

6. Follow-up on daily basis with the social workers on each activity, and provide support to prevent problems and difficulties.

7. Daily check-up on the trainings to ensure the full compliance with the program document.

8. Supervise the outreach and assessment activities to ensure it fulfills a high proficiency level.

9.  Prepare weekly report in English on the progress of activities to the project coordinator;

10. Play as the NGO focal point in front of donors, partners, and stakeholders;

11.  Lead Social workers to achieve project objectives;

12. Collect Data from the social workers for reporting.

13. Attend weekly meetings with the management team to reach the project targets.

14.Set-up a Monitoring and Evaluation system with the Project Coordinator.

Requirements:

1.  High knowledge about all livelihood activities.

2. Proper knowledge on organizing outreach and assessment activities.

3. Proper knowledge on reporting forms

4. Experience in putting timeframes, goals and distribute tasks.

5. Driving License and car is a plus.
