5. CONTRACT
The purpose of this tender is a Framework Agreement for the supply of office supplies for the bases of Beirut, Bekaa, south and north Lebanon which cover all Lebanon activities. Incomplete pricing or inconsistent offers will not be taken in consideration. The tender is divided into 3 lots, according to the different locations. Each tendered could decide to apply fully (all 3 lots) or partially (either 1 or 2 lots). Intersos reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the contract in case if only one valid and compliant offer was received.
6. EVALUATION CRITERTIA
Administrative, technical and economical.
7. AWARDING CRITERIA
The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offer among administratively and technically compliant offers. Each lot will be independently evaluated and a contract will be awarded for each lot.
