Clinical Psychologist

- Ability to provide structured clinical assessments and treatment

- Ability to use reliable and efficient tools

- Ability to create a consistent and comprehensive treatment objectives

- Monitoring and evaluating the psychological progress of social workers

- Experience providing clinical supervision and/or providing trainings for social workers would be an asset

- Ability to do recommendation to social workers that can help the running project

- Ability to measure the improvement of the social workers performance at the end of the project

- Ability to provide the project manager with a monthly report
