Proposals must be submitted back in sealed enveloped to Mercy Corps Beirut Office (Bee Center, 2nd Floor, Alfred Naccache Str., Ashrafieh, Lebanon) on or before February 2, 2018 at 4:00 PM.
Only bids submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
