Project’s context:
Composed of seven International organizations in Syria region, including four in Lebanon, the YOUTH RESOLVE YOUTH RESOLVE aims to strengthen youth resilience and empower youth as leading actors in post-conflict reconstruction in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Turkey.
In Lebanon, Islamic Relief Lebanon is working in four different aspects (Cash/Food for Work, Psychosocial Support, Active Learning, Social Stability and Rehabilitation of CBC) in Saida City – South Lebanon.
Overall Responsibility
Field Officer will be responsible for the preparation, planning, implementation and monitoring of the Cash/Food for Work activity as a part of the YOUTH RESOLVE consortium project. The CFW/FFW component (targeting both refugees and host community) will be implemented in-line with the rehabilitation of a community based center in Saida city-South Lebanon.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, implementing and monitoring the CFW/FFW activities on daily bases.
Supervise beneficiaries working in the CFW/FFW and providing necessary support to IRL’s Engineer and Forman.
Day-to-day follow up with IRL’s Engineer and Forman on the progress of the rehabilitation of the Community Based Centre.
Submitting daily updates, and weekly and monthly reports to the MADAD Project Coordinator as per donor requirements
Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the MADAD Project Coordinator.
Monitor the field warehouses and have the exact inventory of the warehouse.
Monitor the cash and food rewarded on monthly bases.
Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects or any other place directed by MADAD Project Coordinator.
