Administrative responsibilities
Ensure solid procurement procedures and routines in compliance with to KTK administrative handbook, procurement policy, anti-corruption guidelines and back donors’ requirements.
Lead and undertake the procurement of works, goods and services for the country office.
Manage maintenance and support of IT functions and office management and ensure proper functioning of the information and Communication Technology.
Ensure proper assets management and maintenance of the office premises, computers, accessories, furniture and equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of an archiving and documentation system.
Take responsibility of the office’s meetings and logistical matters.
Arrange accommodation, housing, travel, transportation management and work permits for visitors and international staff
Manage and monitor staff benefits, ensure signing attendance sheets, administrating overtime, vacation plans, travel reports, leave, and maintain updated staff personal records
Prepare cash reports and work closely with the finance officer
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or in other related fields.
One to three years of experience in an international and multicultural non-government organisation.
Good planning and problem solving skills.
Open and positive attitude.
Ability to work in an international environment, good team and listening skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic .
Good writing and communication skills
