Purpose of the consultancy
SDA seeks a trainer to design and deliver pedagogical training in project-based learning to teachers of non-vocational subjects (languages, mathematics and sciences) in Beirut, Jounieh and Tripoli and provide a follow-up at schools.
At the end of the training, the teachers should:
- Master the project-based learning’s methodology
- Be capable of implementing a least one project with his students
- Involve more his students through innovation in class
Requirements
The Consultant/trainer should possess the following competencies, and experience:
- More than 5 years of teaching experience:
- Strong pedagogical expertise;
- Strong understanding of the technical schools’ context and the Industrial specialties;
- Previous experience in designing and conducting training;
- Patience and positive attitude is highly requested;
- Strong communication skills;
- Command of spoken and written Arabic, English and/or French

SDA recherche un formateur pour créer et dispenser des formations pédagogiques aux professeurs de matières générales en (langues, mathématiques et sciences) pédagogie de projet à Beyrouth, Jounieh et Tripoli. Un suivi devra aussi être effectué afin de mesurer l’impact des formations.
À la fin de la formation :
- L’enseignant maîtrisera la méthodologie de la pédagogie de projet
- Sera capable de mettre en place au moins 1 projet avec ses élèves
- Pourra engager davantage ses élèves grâce à l’innovation
Conditions
Le formateur/consultant doit posséder les compétences/expériences suivantes :
- Plus de 5 années d’expérience dans l’enseignement
- Une expertise pédagogique solide
- Une bonne compréhension du contexte technique que les Instituts expérimentent
- De la patience et une attitude positive
- Des compétences de communication solide
- Maîtrise de l’arabe écrit et parlé, de l’anglais ou/et du français
