“Overcome-For a Better Mental Health” is a non- profit, non-politically affiliated, non-religious civil association, founded on 27/7/2017, decree number 1548, located in Zouk Mosbeh.

Our aim is to:

- Spread awareness on psychological problems and encourage patients to be more open about them without fear or judgment.

- Emphasize on the importance of psychotherapy for a range of psychological problems (e.g. anxiety, addiction, sexual identity problems, violence in all forms especially domestic, family disintegration, depression, fears and phobias, trauma…).

- Encourage prevention of psychological issues that are associated with life pressures and worries.

- Conduct and promote research on mental Health.

- Offer trainings and implements community programs and services.

Our mission is to:

- Improve and advance Mental Health and offer psychosocial support needed by the Lebanese society.

- Support and collaborate with civil society organizations that are involved in psychological and psychosocial problems.

Our work includes but is not limited to individuals, couples, families and communities, and our work areas are schools, universities, villages and public groups.

- Comprises of a dynamic psychotherapists experts in their fields, social workers, life coaches, hypnotherapists and researchers, all dedicated toward achieving “Overcome” goals and objectives.

“Overcome-For a Better Mental Health signed a memorandum of understanding with the ministry of public health and got their full support because of the serious social need for this kind of organizations.
