Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and selecting participants for the project activities;
- Register participants and follow up on their attendance ;
- Follow up on the schedule, content and achievements of the Round table Discussions in coordination with the project team and the dialogue facilitators;
- Report day to day activity progress, highlight challenges and suggest solutions;
- Contribute to assessments according to the need;
- Facilitate the implementation of Diwan activities by communicating with local authorities and community members;
- Maintain documentation of the activities;
-Assist in formal and informal monitoring and evaluation of activities, and in identifying needs and gaps in assistance.
-Collect and analyze information received from implementing and operational humanitarian partners

Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related area, such as Social Sciences or other related field.
· 1-2 years of related experience, including working with International Organization.
· Familiarity with the context of Wadi Khaled.
