SCOPE OF WORK
Under the “Combating GBV among Syrian Refugee Women” project, Diakonia Lebanon Country Office has conducted a Most Significant Change Study that presented various stories collected by our humanitarian partners in Lebanon: ABAAD and Najdeh Association. The consultant will produce and deliver a short animation video that concludes the results of these stories in accordance to Diakonia’s five main domains.

How to Apply
The consultant (s) shall submit their bids clearly stating their interpretation of the Terms of Reference, clear work plan and a budget.
Each bid should include the following:
- Samples of recent work: online portfolios and links to video work.
- Updated CV.
- Technical proposal on how they intend to carry out the assignment –
- A timetable that shows the number of days needed with activities
- A detailed budget of the project
The bids should be sent by email to the layal.hakim@diakonia.se before or by 18 Febraury 2018.
Successful applicant(s) will be duly notified in two weeks time.
