Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - North

Data Collection and Control

• Lead in the collection of data for all activities and maintain updated projects database
• Conduct regular field visits for data collection
• Clean and compile all qualitative and quantitative data and ensure quality through random verifications and validations
• Conduct routine data quality control
• Review and adjust with relevant IL staff the methods for data collection
• Support IL staff in analyzing and interpreting data
• Assist when needed relevant IL staff in monitoring projects activities
• Participate in the implementation of IL surveys
• Liaise with relevant IL staff to ensure regular and timely information collection flow

Others

• Attends team meetings
• Undertakes other related duties, as assigned or requested by their line managers

Position Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in International Development, Information Management, Education, Public Health, Social Work, or equivalent with 4 years relevant experience;
2. A minimum of 1 year of Monitoring and Evaluation experience (Essential);
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Arabic);
4. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and efficient multi-tasker. This candidate can work independently in a fast-paced dynamic working environment. He/ She will have excellent writing skills, is creative and committed;
