The external evaluator is required to complete the following tasks within 3 months:
- Review the project design document, logical framework, monitoring and evaluation plan, baseline report as well as project narrative and financial reports;
- Meet with project director, coordinator as well as staff working on the project to gain deeper understanding of the project components;
- Share and validate results of the evaluation with AJEM staff;
- Draft the evaluation report and submit to AJEM for feedback;
- Prepare the final evaluation report in view of the feedback on the draft report.
