TOR Consultancy for need assessment for capacity building (FULL TOR ATTACHED)

The main objective of the need assessment is to generate a year action plan based on collective and individual interviews, and observation from field level. By identifying team’s member needs, the consultant elaborates a capacity building plan and based on needs implements 3 trainings for team members. This need assessment should activate a capacity building process and enhance team capacities and services delivered in the center for children’s well being. Coaching and follow up will ensure positive development of team members. In this perspective, we require to specifically look at: - To assess Sin El Fil and Jnah team members needs according to their position and tasks, - To identify main fields of capacity building and train in consequences, Process will end with a participatory evaluation of teams lead by consultant. Please note that the TOR are attached, application that wouldn't follow the TOR won't be taken in consideration.
