Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall implementation of Project cycle, by planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities in accordance with grant agreements and TDH quality standards;
- Responsible to organize and lead the Project Leading Committee in charge of the planning and implementation of the project activities. The PLC is made of the key staff to plan and develop activities (Project Coordinators, Community Empowerment Officers, Field Officers, partners focal points)
- Responsible for the overall coordination of the project staff in line with TDH standards and procedures providing technical and operational supervision to the Project Coordinators and CEO;
- Coordinate, with the support of the CP Program Manager, the relationship with the partner SDCs involved in the project, ensuring their participation in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the intervention; conduct regular visit to meet the SDC Directors;
- Supported by the M&E Coordinator, he/she is responsible to monitor the implementation process ensuring the achievement of project deliverables in terms of time and quality.
- Responsible for the effective allocation of financial resources in line with the Planning (overall, quarterly, monthly) agreed at Program level;
- Contribute in ensuring that protection and CP policy of TDH IT (TDH-It Code of Conduct) are understood and respected by all involved staff and for all activities.
- Support the technical staff in planning the capacity building of the field teams regarding protection, legal aspects, PSS activities, case management and referral pathways.
- Improve protection threats analysis & monitoring, information sharing and advocacy: he/she ensures an in depth analysis of data collected by Child Protection team and other child protection actors in the area of intervention;
- Support the Program manager in ensuring coordination and sectorial representation (e.g. Child Protection, Education Working Group) in the area which he/she is responsible for among partners, donors, authorities and other stakeholders. She/he ensures an efficient coordination with the other components of the project.
- Contribute to ensure the continuous monitoring of the activities under his/her management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring;
- Assist the Programme manager and/or the Country delegate in providing sufficient and detailed information for program reporting for donors and HQ.
- She/he contributes to the adjustment of current intervention or/and development of new interventions on the basis of identified needs.
