The Impact Analyst will be in charge of establishing the Monitoring and Evaluation System of Berytech in order to facilitate the development of a yearly impact report.
The Impact Analyst will be responsible for setting up a clear impact monitoring system for all Berytech departments in order to measure the results of Berytech’s initiatives, interventions and programs over the years and their outcome/influence on the Lebanese Economy for the past years.
The Impact Analyst will be responsible for setting up Key Performance Indicators, and Data Collection, Management, Analysis, Interpretation and Presentation for the achievements of better outcome of the organization.

How to Apply
The Consultant shall submit two proposals, one financial and one technical proposal as per the outlines described below:
Technical proposal will be based on the TOR (uploaded here) and will focus on:
- Their understanding of the objectives of the program
- The methodology and approaches to be used
- An overview of qualifications, experiences and competencies
- A resume and references of similar projects if any
Financial proposal will be based on the TOR and will focus on:
- The budget required to conduct the project
- The schedule and timeline needed
The proposal should be written in English
Include the technical and financial proposal, represent a total of 5 to 7 pages
