Project Support Coordinator

  • Contribute to setting up policies and procedures for the Unit and ensure that the current employees are following the current policies especially the code of conduct
  • Maintain and develop cooperative working relationships with relevant service providers (national and international), community centers and organizations, governmental institutions, companies and local businesses etc.
  • Ensures that there is an implementation plan in place, that guides all staff involved in a project
  • Act as the primary Relief Unit representative in the area of operation and attend all relevant meetings in order to strengthen MF’s position in the area.
  • Develop, implement and regularly revise Mf engagement strategy
  • Enable an effective team through result oriented management systems, providing leadership, on-job capacity building and designing staff development strategies; Ensure a detailed capacity building plan for staff in new positions
  • Closely coordinate with the management ensuring regular information flows
  • Ensure overall provision of and adherence to MF policies, procedures, guidelines, systems and standard practices.
  • Ensure quality implementation of Core Competency programs ensuring optimal use of financial resources, regular project follow up, reporting, among other tasks
  • Conduct weekly meetings for the team leaders and coordinators for new updates and the working flow status
  • Follow up with all coordinators about their tasks and projects and ensure that the performed work procedure is going as planned
