Business Coaching Specialist - North

Responsibilities

• Assist INJAZ Lebanon trainers/volunteers during program delivery when required
• Coordinate with youth the schedule of deliveries
• Review youth projects’ business model to ensure financial viability and sustainability
• Provide incubation support to youth teams to further develop their idea and run their project based on a specific methodology that covers: idea validation and refinement, customer development, customer relationships, project value proposition and qualities, cost assessment and revenue model
• Adapt and update training methodology, content and materials when needed
• Offer guidance on legally registering enterprise in consultation with lawyer
• Communicate sessions’ progress to line manager and team and maintain participants’ attendance records
• Submit weekly report on seed funding requests and progress to line manager and finance department
• Conduct market research and need assessment surveys 
• Perform other relevant duties, as needed or requested

Qualification and Experience:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in business, finance or related field
• Min. 3-4 years experience in business development, entrepreneurship or related field
• Solid communication skills
• Fluency in in Arabic and English is a must
• Experience in running a startup or an SME is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial attitude
• Sincere interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon
