Objectives for the consultancy
- Review, update and revise the existing logical framework;
- Provide advice related to log frames and indicators on proposal submitted;
- Technically advice the Program Director in reviewing the internal M&E process and reporting;
- Review monitoring and evaluation system/mechanism, process and procedures of the project; and forms and formats for project activities under its various components;
- Ensuring training of the program team to foster capacity building on M&E knowledge;
- Develop TORs for MEAL Officer for the program

Competencies
- The M&E consultant should possess excellent technical skills in sociological research and program performance assessment;
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation;
- Previous experience in training teams;
- Strong communication and facilitation skills;
- S/he must have ability to write clearly and concisely in Arabic and English;
- Experience on planning, monitoring and evaluation of community-based projects;
- Knowledge and experience implementing feminist and gender-sensitive approaches to evaluation is highly desired.
