Invitation to Bid for Photo and Documentary Contests in Majdlayya and Bent Jbeyl (North and South Lebanon) - CONSULTANCY SERVICE.

CISP, an Italian NGO, within a project funded by the European Union (TF-MADAD/2016/T04.20), calls for a Tender, for a CONSULTANCY SERVICE, related to Photo and Documentary Contests in Majdlayya and Bent Jbeyl (North and South Lebanon).

CISP is implementing a Communication Plan, which targets the Communities of Majdlayya, El-Fouar and Bent Jbeyl, with the aim of:

1. Raising the awareness, among the target communities, about the project, its objectives and the long-term benefits of subscribing and paying for reliable water supply services;

2. Promoting public water services, among the project areas;

3. Incentivising subscriptions and payment to the public water service.

Among the communication activities, foreseen in the above-mentioned plan, CISP has planned to implement two (2) Photo and Documentary Contests, aiming at sensitizing the young community of two project areas (North and South Lebanon).

The technical assistance of a Photo and Documentary Expert will concern, in particular, the Organization, Supervision and Follow-up of the two Photos and Documentaries Contests, involving, maximum, 100 students per area.

Eligible Bidders are those registered at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance (MANDATORY).
