- Assist in all administrative matters in efficient and effective manner providing quality support
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Provide support and assistance to clients, and Company vendors
- Support for HR / Admin. Associate administrative work
- Provide assistance to staff, consultants, company vendors and visitors
- Handle all travel requests and bookings
- Handle logistical arrangements of meetings/conferences/events
- Write Minutes of Meeting
- Greet and receive visitor
- Assist in collecting and maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with HR/ Admin.Associate to arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Handle Petit Cash
- Handle procurement of office supplies and stationary and purchase requests
- Perform other duties as required
