Cleaner / Cooker

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic knowledge of cleaning tasks and preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Prepare a monthly list of all needs to replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies.
• Keep the office and its surrounding clean all the time.
• Take good care of the kitchen.
• Prepare food for compound residents on a daily work basis.
• Take good care of office furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Handle office waste in proper way and transport to the disposal area.
• Wash windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.
• Answer telephones and doorbells.
• Run errands such as taking laundry to the cleaners and buying groceries.
• Help employees in preparing for the workshops and meetings held within premises.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to the guests.
• Open and close the office and turn on equipment before the arrival of staff.
• Provide administrative and logistics support in the office such as opening the office door for guests, copying, scanning, collecting printed documents, distributing mail between employees and other tasks as requested by all departments.
