NRC funded by the Government of Germany is seeking to engage contractors to rehabilitate nine (9) schools in three different areas in Lebanon. Three (3) in Northern Lebanon, three (3) in Beqaa and three (3) in Southern Lebanon.

TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information in details, bill of quantities, design, scope of work, date, time, and place of the site visits and the submission of the Tender, and can be requested until the closing date of tender documents by sending a letter of interest mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: lb.procurement@nrc.no
Closing date for requesting the ITB request is May 31, 2018 at 01:00 PM.
Closing date for submitting the tender is June 20, 2018 at 12:00 PM. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
Works are expected to start at all schools by July 1st, 2018.
TENDER PROCESS.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:

Interested Contractors must attend the site visit (s) organized by NRC for each school they are willing to bid for.(Please refer to ITB, clause 7,Site Visit)
