Primary Responsibilities:

• Help and support unschooled and /or deprived children from the community to become a valuable part of society through holistic education initiatives.

• Manage and educate groups of children aged 3 to 4, according to the TEC requirements, using exciting methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests.
• Prepare monthly and weekly plans.
• Organize educational and social activities for children.
• Show self-motivation, enthusiasm and creativity.
• Work effectively with team members.

Position Requirements

• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use in learning activities.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior and social development.
• Show patience and demonstrate ability to manage misbehavior using appropriate methods.

• Maintain a safe and positive atmosphere between children.

• Meet regularly with the Coordinator.
• Work effectively with team members.
• Show self-motivation, enthusiasm and creativity.
• Take part in professional development opportunities.
