Evaluate and organize, on an area /school level, the numerous needs and solutions required for the progressive implementation and improvement of school- based ICT initiatives by:
• supporting school and area-based staff in the accurate and effective use of the system
• in cooperation with School Principal, supervise the work of the School Clerks in regards to the EMIS
• assisting in the development and implementation of user-training programs
• solving technical problems faced by EMIS users at Area levels.
• insuring the accuracy and continuous verification of data.
• issuing necessary reports from EMIS as required by Area / Department.
• Insuring the smooth running of EMIS to meet deadlines as required.
Provide necessary trainings for all EMIS users at both Area and Field levels.
Tracks and monitors all support incidents in the incident management system (TBD) and produces periodic reports as required.
Participates in various surveys, studies & data analysis as required.
Monitors the usage and maintenance of computer hardware and the software - EMIS
