Microsoft Office Trainer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Excel, word & Powerpoint lessons to a range of different age groups

Set a curriculum and lesson plans and upon the needs; the curricula should include detailed agenda of the lessons with the learning objectives of each one;

Assess the level of Microsoft Office proficiency among participants;

Follow up the attendance of the participants and ensure their full participation and providing feedback;

Conduct a pre and post-test at the beginning and at the end of each course;

Prepare class rooms and courses materials, homework assignments and handouts;

Speak, read, and write fluently in at least two languages, including English and one or more others

Render spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly

KEY SKILLS

Ability to work to deadlines

At least 3 years experience in delevering such training 

Excellent spoken and written English
