Mother and Child Center Clinic Manager – Majdal – 100%

   -Function responsibilities include:

• Carry out the functions and tasks associated to the clinic management (logistics, HR and Finance, medical)
• Implement all the protocols and hygiene procedures, supervise his/her team follow the same standards
• Organize and coordinate the activities of the employees, incl. People Management
• Carry out and/or supervise the (decentralized) pharmacy and medical equipment management
• Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking.
• Supervise midwives in the act of delivery

- Experience required:

• Midwife diploma essential.
• Essential 2 years of previous professional experience. Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s and management experience are an asset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written)
• Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet
