The Hospital Admin Assistant at Rafic Hariri University Hospital (RHUH) will assist the hospital administrator in running support and operational activities for the hospital supported departments and maintains contacts with external interlocutors. He/She will achieve administrative and logistic follow up to assist the various projects within the hospital.
Profile
University degree in logistic/administration or equivalent training.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Excellent computer skills
Good analytical skills
Proven communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English; French an asset
Proficient reporting in English
Main responsibilities
Assist the ICRC Hospital Administrator in the daily running of the RHUH ICRC project.
Liaises with RHUH Hospital department such as logistic, maintenance, administration and IT.
Performs administrative and office management activities.
Receives/distributes/sends mail and documents internally and externally (SD and DEL).
Performs the monthly stock control, inventories, and distribution of all medical and non-medical supplies.
Coordinate the transport of goods and coordinate with the trips with delegation.
Achieve administrative documentation linked to donation (Donation Tracking process)
Support the team to initiate the Requisition Orders and follow-up of medical supplies, equipment and non-medical items.
Develop and follow up in collaboration with logistic a delivery planner.
Receive, control and coordinate the distribution of all goods purchased for the hospital in cooperation with the RHUH (Rafic Hariri University Hospital) administration (Log, store, pharmacy).
Develop a strong link with RHUH Logistic to follow up inventory level.
Follow closely the stock level of items under ICRC responsibility.
Filling and archiving of documents.
