Innovation Lab Enabler

Maintains the labs operational environment including:

Monitoring Internet service and calling for service if needed

Monitoring printer (paper, toner, functionality) and other lab and office technology

Ensuring the training rooms are ready to be used before each session.

Manages day-to-day business including but not limited to:

Opening and closing the lab (7.5 hrs. per day and flexibility required on opening and closing)

Managing every day’s logistics (Catering and Transportation of youth)

Answering incoming calls and online queries from labs coordinator and all involved stakeholders especially content partners.

Maintaining an up-to-date attendance database of all beneficiaries in all programs.

Supports in the implementation process: outreach, registration, maintaining youth database…

Supports in organizing events and workshops at the lab.

Develops a lab schedule, keeps it up to date, and shares the schedule with labs coordinator, STC administration and youth unit on weekly bases.

Organizes data and information, prepares and maintains records, documents and action plans.

Facilitates booking the venue/rooms giving the priority to content partners.

Assists labs coordinator in monitoring of innovation lab activities.

Assists in the administrative process of the other lab’s requests for assistance in coordination with the labs coordinator.

Orders supplies, maintains inventory and manage budgets.

Follows up on training site: cleaning, maintenance, security, etc…

Setting code of conduct for lab.

Take pictures of youth activities and feed the labs coordinator with human interest/success stories.

Share lab activities on social media.

Prepare weekly lab status report.

Attend weekly meeting with the labs coordinator.

Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
