The expert will engage in qualitative reporting of
attitudes, behaviors, fears, apprehensions, obstacles and incentives for
employers, from various fields, in regards to employing vulnerable women.

The
expert will develop a questionnaire and conduct interviews with up to 35
employers in private sector companies and factories.

The
main findings of the research will be afterwards compiled in a brief memo.

A
total of 15 expert days are needed for this activity.

Deliverables

-         
Work plan within three month of signing the contract

A questionnaire for the interviews

Draft analysis report of findings(subject to organizations review and
comments)

Presentation of findings to partners and relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

-         
Degree in social science or related field

-         
At least 3 year experience

-         
Experience in quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

-         
Fluency in English and Arabic

-         
Excellent written and spoken language skills are essential

-         
Demonstrated writing
skills for different audiences
