Expert on Public-Private Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Develop a standard contract template for PublicPrivate Partnerships which emphasize transparency and good governance practices, including contractual guiding provisions, clauses related to obligations of both parties, benchmarking period, dispute resolution, operation and maintenance agreement, sovereign immunity as well as terms of payment;
• Coordinate with LTA and partners on progress of template development,
• Attend a series of steering committees with partners, experts and representatives of the Higher Council for Privatization and Partnerships.

Qualifications

University degree in Political Science and/or Economics and/or Law

Proven experience in research

Excellent command in writing skills – English and Arabic;

Good computer skills;
