HR and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational aspects of the employee life cycle such as recruitment, interviews, contracts, induction and training.
  • Maintain and update all employee information and files
  • Follow up on submission and payment for taxes, social security and insurance
  • Assist in generating the Monthly Payroll
  • Monitor monthly attendance
  • Manage all leave days according to agency policy

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Familiar with the Lebanese Labor Law and local labor legislation
  • Ability to engage with colleagues in an open manner, maintain confidentiality and respect
  • Positive and professional attitude, able to organize, maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, listening and communication skills
  • Good written and oral English skills.
  • Good typing speed in Arabic and English

 

Preferred:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
